Ford Ranger Super Duty Single Cab Trays

Your Ford Ranger Super Duty single cab gets our biggest deck, and fewer trips back to the yard. The Norweld Elite Tray is 2526mm long and 1950mm wide, enough for a pallet and a pump in one go. With a load that size on the wider 1,710mm wheel track, each mount starts as 10mm plate, is router-cut and hand-welded, then tested for the load it takes. The floor is one sheet of aluminium with no rivets or seams, and rated tie down points in the deck and headboard secure every load the same way. It’s the deck your mates will be borrowing on moving day. Each one is made in our own factories here in Australia. For fleets, the tray can be fitted before the vehicle reaches the dealer. The workmanship is backed for as long as you own it.

Norweld’s Tray mounts are router-cut, hand-welded and independently verified. Made from 10mm aluminium plate, they’re strong to exceed the Super Duty’s payload.
A single sheet of aluminium forms the deck on all our trays. This means no rivets and no seams.
Extruded aluminium sideboards and tailgate with built-in stiffeners, finished with heavy-duty stainless-steel hardware.
Mandrel-bent tube headboard, with Norweld‘s exclusive aerodynamic extrusion and integrated tie down points
