Jon Riley | Business Development Manager
Jon is one of Norweld’s Business Development Managers. With his exceptional customer relations, Jon manages our NSW customers.
He has come from a 4WD and RV 12-volt sales background, previously working as a chef throughout England and Australia.
Jon loves to spend his spare time getting away with family and friends camping and cooking up a feast on the campfire.

Roy Padlan | Business Development Manager
Roy is our other Business Development Manager in Sydney. With over 30 years of sales experience across finance, retail and regional management, Roy brings a strong understanding of people, service and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Roy is passionate about all things adventure and 4X4, often getting out to explore Australia’s rugged terrain. He is also heavily involved in his local community as a volunteer radio presenter and board member and co-hosts the award-winning ‘The Dads Radio Show’ where he helps advocate for social causes, environmental issues and men’s holistic health.
At home, Roy enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and their very well-loved collection of pets.
