Ronny Dahl Chooses Norweld

I’ve just had my Norweld 1500 canopy installed on the back of 79 Series. I purchased the Cruiser a few months ago, and it already had a Norweld Deluxe tray fitted. So, getting the matching Norweld built canopy was the only option for me, rather than fitting another branded canopy. As for the build quality of my canopy, it’s exceptionally top notch. Just what you’d expect from a long standing Australian made canopy. Dave at Kilsyth was great to deal with. Very clear communication all the way through, and very knowledgeable on the Norweld range. Big thanks mate, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you, right up to the final hand over today. The boys did a great job with the install with exceptional attention to detail. If your in the market for an Aussie made canopy and or tray, I can’t recommend Norweld highly enough.

After choosing Norweld late last year as our preferred canopy the customer service Tod Grundel and his team from design to figment on our new super duty was outstanding. The quality of the build is just amassing, can not recommend Tod and Norweld more, if your in the market for a new canopy or tray don’t wast your time shopping around head straight down and talk to Tod. I’ve been talking to Dave from Norweld for about 6 months before purchasing a 3 door Norweld toolbox/canopy. He could not have been more helpful/professional with any query I had before pulling the trigger on a purchase. I could not be more satisfied with the quality and functionality of the box and it looks bloody awesome. I unfortunately had an accident with the box and his and Norweld’s after sales service is second to none, contacting me throughout the period to getting the resolution I was more than happy with. Is there a better Canopy I think NOT, I had been searching for a canopy builder for months before I settled on Norweld in Sydney. They were so happy to build what I wanted and gave great advice for pros and cons for each part of the build. I was dealing with Roy Padlan (very knowledgeable) he was able to assist with getting the canopy fitted in Dubbo via ARB who done a fantastic job fitting the canopy which saved me a trip to Sydney to have it fitted. When I saw the canopy fitted to my Ranger Super Duty I instantly knew I had made the right decision (it looks mint). Thanks very much Roy and Norweld Sydney, one very happy camper here. Love your product and your service is 2nd to none.

We are ecstatic about our Norweld Tray and canopy set-up. It looks fantastic and is structurally solid as a rock. There an error made with our order but the after sales service was phenomenal. This was good old fashion service and kindness beyond our dreams. I cannot recommend Norweld highly enough. I have had my Norweld tray and canopy for 6 months now and could not be happier. From the build process through to purchase, manufacture and fitting Mark and the team at Norweld Brisbane were fantastic. They provided sound advice, accommodated last minute changes and delivered ahead of schedule. The product itself is second to none. I could sit and look at those beautiful welds for hours! The build quality is superb and the Norweld fitted wiring package is phenomenal, beautifully installed and performs above my expectations. If you’re in the market for a tray, a canopy or both, you will struggle to find better customer service and a better product.

Thanks Brendan!! absolutely love our new canopy! The quality, workmanship and finish are fantastic. It looks great on the Hilux and has made such a difference with the extra storage and protection. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. This is now my second tray and canopy build with Norweld, after recently taking delivery of my latest setup being a Elite Tray and Half Canopy for my single cab LandCruiser I couldn’t be happier with the end result! My experience with Norweld Melbourne goes all the way back to 2022 when I first spoke with Dave about putting together my first build. From that very first conversation through to completing my second build today, Dave has been nothing short of unbelievable to deal with. His communication, product knowledge and the way he handles the whole sales process is top tier. There’s never been any pressure Dave takes the time to listen to what you want, explains everything properly and makes sure you understand all your options so you can build a setup that’s right for you. One of the biggest reasons I chose to go back to Norweld for my second build was the after sales support I received from Dave and the Melbourne team after my first build. For me, that says just as much about a company as the product itself. Once the build leaves the workshop, the support doesn’t stop. There’s genuinely nothing that ever seems too much or too hard for Dave. He truly loves seeing his customers walk away happy and satisfied with their builds, and that comes across in everything he does. Dave is an asset to Norweld and it’s easy to see why he is so highly respected within the industry. He’s also got a great team around him. Gary and James, the fitters, deserve a special mention. The boys go above and beyond and take genuine pride in their work. If there’s something you want done or a little detail you’re particular about, they’ll do everything they can to make it happen and make sure you leave happy. Big shout out to Harry and the crew at Norweld Newcastle. My Sandy 79 single cab looks the business with its new Norweld Elite tray. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and the service delivery hard to fault. All in all you seriously can’t go past these guys if you are looking for the absolute best products available. Once I have suspension figured out I will be back for a 1500 canopy.

Highly recommend norweld, we just had a Elite tray and canopy built for our new N90 hilux and the quality is second to none, i dealt with Roy the product development manager at the sydney branch and went back and forth to get the build spec right for us, he was extremely helpful with recommendations and advice. We had the install completed at Melbourne branch and dealt with Julian and Dave for the install. All three of these guys were extremely professional with their service and then the handover of the build and ran us through all there is to a norweld build. Definitely recommend norweld to anyone considering a build with them. Quality, professionalism and great people to deal with. Product is amazing, thanks guys.
