Has been 12 months or so, since NORWELD built our tray/ canopy! Huge thanks to Dave from the Melbourne depot for all his help during the process. (You couldn’t find a better fella to help you through the decision making, and organising of it all) I would use Dave again for sure. FIVE Stars for service, and quality product!!!! Thanks Brendan!! absolutely love our new canopy! The quality, workmanship and finish are fantastic. It looks great on the Hilux and has made such a difference with the extra storage and protection. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Also love that it’s made in QLD !!

This is now my second tray and canopy build with Norweld, after recently taking delivery of my latest setup being a Elite Tray and Half Canopy for my single cab LandCruiser I couldn’t be happier with the end result! My experience with Norweld Melbourne goes all the way back to 2022 when I first spoke with Dave about putting together my first build. From that very first conversation through to completing my second build today, Dave has been nothing short of unbelievable to deal with. His communication, product knowledge and the way he handles the whole sales process is top tier. There’s never been any pressure Dave takes the time to listen to what you want, explains everything properly and makes sure you understand all your options so you can build a setup that’s right for you. One of the biggest reasons I chose to go back to Norweld for my second build was the after sales support I received from Dave and the Melbourne team after my first build. For me, that says just as much about a company as the product itself. Once the build leaves the workshop, the support doesn’t stop. There’s genuinely nothing that ever seems too much or too hard for Dave. He truly loves seeing his customers walk away happy and satisfied with their builds, and that comes across in everything he does. Dave is an asset to Norweld and it’s easy to see why he is so highly respected within the industry. He’s also got a great team around him. Gary and James, the fitters, deserve a special mention. The boys go above and beyond and take genuine pride in their work. If there’s something you want done or a little detail you’re particular about, they’ll do everything they can to make it happen and make sure you leave happy. Their workmanship and attention to detail speaks for itself. JJ is also great to deal with and another valuable part of the Melbourne team, always friendly, helpful and happy to assist. A massive thank you to Dave, Gary, James, JJ and the entire Norweld Melbourne team for once again looking after me and delivering another unreal build. I couldn’t recommend Dave and the team highly enough. If there’s ever a build number three, I know exactly where I’ll be going!

Big shout out to Harry and the crew at Norweld Newcastle. My Sandy 79 single cab looks the business with its new Norweld Elite tray. The quality of workmanship is impeccable and the service delivery hard to fault. All in all you seriously can’t go past these guys if you are looking for the absolute best products available. Once I have suspension figured out I will be back for a 1500 canopy.

Highly recommend norweld, we just had a Elite tray and canopy built for our new N90 hilux and the quality is second to none, i dealt with Roy the product development manager at the sydney branch and went back and forth to get the build spec right for us, he was extremely helpful with recommendations and advice. We had the install completed at Melbourne branch and dealt with Julian and Dave for the install. All three of these guys were extremely professional with their service and then the handover of the build and ran us through all there is to a norweld build. Definitely recommend norweld to anyone considering a build with them. Quality, professionalism and great people to deal with. Product is amazing, thanks guys.

harry and his team were brilliant to work with helped me immensely with what l wanted. The canopy is absolutely beautiful and exactly what l wanted the workmanship that has gone into it is second to none. Excellent service and product being an alloy tray on a Ranger Super Duty. Definitely get some bang for your buck. It would actually be 'too nice' if your car is a pure workhorse.

My experience with Dave and the rest of the team has been fantastic and hassle free. From choosing what I wanted , correspondence re build time and fitting of the tray was efficient top quality.

We are very thankful the team at Norweld, Adelaide, who were able to provide us with the opportunities to see in person, the quality of workmanship that goes into a Norweld product. The support, service and assistance designing our canopy was a point of difference between Norweld and other manufacturers. My husband was influenced greatly by not just the quality and finish of the build, but the design and construction. As an aluminium fabricator, former boat builder and car canopy designer and manufacturer, my husband was so happy to see the way the canopy doors and rubber seal location makes the Norweld a far superior product Sounds like a minor thing to most, but, the fitment of the rubber seal TO the door, rather than to the canopy door frame creates a better, practical and superior sealing surface. It is a superior design, which demonstrates experience, knowledge and application of design features, like rubber seal placement. With this unique position of the rubber seal being applied to the door, prevents damage the the seal when moving things in and out of the canopy. My husband always had this in the canopies he designed and manufactured himself. The strength and quality of our canopy is top notch 👌 We are very happy with our canopy on our new Ford Ranger Superduty. The automotive paint finish perfectly matches our vehicle. To keep the car and canopy looking pristine we ppf wrapped the car and entire painted surfaces. ..even the sequential tail lights..which we think look very good! Thanks again Norweld!

Cannot recommend Dave and his team at Norweld Kilsyth Melbourne depot enough. Dave’s professionalism and customer service is nothing short of elite. Having purchased 3 builds through Dave at Norweld’s Kilsyth depot each build was stress free and I was more than happy with the finished results. Dave goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth build and is always available to answer any question’s. Highly recommend.

Best customer service I ever received. These guys are professionals! The trays and canopies they make and sell are top quality, installation is perfect workmanship with attention to details. The sales man Jon and Mark are very good at communicating and product knowledge they are not here to rip you off. The guys at the workshop are on time with the installation! I highly recommend Norweld products! I don’t I will ever consider another company when it comes to trays and canopies! I appreciate the great work guys!

From the sale to the fitment of the tray, the guys and gals at Norweld were exceptional. Quality of the products is second to none. 5 stars all the way.. After having the canopy on now for over 9 months and numerous trips away, it has only confirmed the quality and how easy trips away have become with a functional layout and plenty of power to run our appliances when needed.
