A fantastic experience from start to finish.
The effort by everyone involved was outstanding and appreciated. From timely and accurate communication to the final install in a clean, organised and tidy workshop by appropriately dressed, clean and friendly installers.
Dave Parker provided the product knowledge and confidence by responding to all my queries without judgment, taking the time ensuring I fully understood what was on offer.
On time, as quoted and as promised, absolute value. As for the quality of both build and installation, exceptional.
In my opinion, without peer in a class of their own.

The team at Norweld and Dion who I was dealing with were fantastic. For years I wanted to upgrade my standard tray on my 79 for a better option with water tank and slide out drawer and when Norweld released their Elite and Deluxe trays I knew it was the obvious choice.
The customer service was excellent and the product was even better. I am so happy that I did it all the way by choosing the Elite tray. The finish is next level impressive and after a year being on my car I still admire the quality. They have done the best job at building something that looks like it should be coming out of the factory like that.
Dion is a legend and I would recommend this business to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve owned a Norweld dual cab canopy for several years now, moving it from an Isuzu Dmax to a Ford ranger when we switched. Firstly, the canopy itself is build with the precision of an artist and the sturdiness of a tank but that’s not why I am such a huge advocate of them. The customer service, empathy and care these guys (especially Dave in Melb) give to their customers is so far beyond normal that I’d buy another canopy from them for that reason alone. Today I damaged the canopy door (left it open and hit my gate 🤣), within 30 mins of calling Dave they had the door off at the factory, fixed the hinges, replaced the struts gave me a handshake and got me back on the road onto my next job. That’s service is worth more anything

No joke. Dropped the car off 1pm today and there scheduling team miscommunicated and forgot to schedule my car in. (Mind you superior engineering constantly changed the date on these guys for 4 months striaght) The boys stayed back and installed the tray done by 6:30pm SAME DAY. Customer service is highest quality of service I’ve ever seen. Tray looks unreal. Thank you for making it so easy. John is a great bloke to do business with.
