James MacDonald | BRANCH MANAGER

James MacDonald is our Adelaide Branch Manager. James has an extensive background in the 4WD industry, previously having worked as the sales manager for one our SA Norweld Agents as well as being involved with 4WD’s since a young age. He started his career as a diesel mechanic while also working on the family farm, offering him a good understanding of our customers requirements. In his spare time, you’ll find him camping, working on the farm or competing in target shooting events.

We cannot rave enough about our experience with Norweld!!The customer service that these guys give is perfection!!Every single Norweld staff member that we dealt with from the very first phone call, the Sales Representative who took care of us (while our local Sales Representative was on leave), the lady in the Accounts Department and the guys here in Adelaide in lead up to and on installation day, all wonderful genuine people.Norweld are certainly running a well oiled machine and it’s a credit to them.Equally as impressive is the quality of their product. If you want a cracking tray and canopy setup for your rig make sure you go and see Don at Norweld in Adelaide. Although mine was fitted up in Brisbane, Don happily carried out some fine tuning on it, set me up with some more accessories and advised on a couple of other things I was looking to do. I was so happy with the product and Dons service I happily loaned him my vehicle for display at the recent 4wd show. Great service and great product.
