Astute North Qld’s 5th Annual Charity Golf Day Raises $18,000 for ‘Getting Kids Places’

Norweld was proud to have been part of Astute North Qld’s 5th Annual Charity Golf Day, held last Friday. This annual event is a fantastic opportunity for businesses and individuals in the community to come together and support a great cause.

This year, the event raised an incredible $18,000 for ‘Getting Kids Places’, a local charity that helps to provide transportation for children and their families who need to travel for medical treatment. This is the biggest amount raised in the event’s history, and we are thrilled to have played a role in achieving this.

Our team at Norweld takes pride in playing an active role in supporting our local communities, so opportunities like this to provide sponsorship and a team to participate in the golf tournament allow us to contribute whilst having a good time. It was a day full of fun, competition, and camaraderie, and we were delighted to see so many people from the community come together to support such a worthy cause.
